Coaching Journey
The standard coaching package is twelve sessions. We will work together via video call at a cadence of one session every one to three weeks.
In the first session, we will set three primary goals. These are generally much larger and more aspirational than the type of targets you might typically set for yourself.
In the second session, we will begin developing a plan for how we will achieve each objective, via strategies and actions that support them.
We will then work with this plan each session for the next few months, navigating challenges as they arise and developing insights with each conversation.
At the conclusion of our time together, we will look back to review progress and look ahead to discuss essential steps for continued success.
Coaching Principles
Insight driven: Conversations are structured in ways that help you get to insight. Fundamentally, coaching is about having you come up with your own answers through priming your brain to make new connections.
Solutions focused: We focus more on the solutions than the problems.
Positive in nature: We focus most on your learning, strengths, and growth.
Challenging: You are stretched and challenged out of your comfort zone and into the learning zone, but not into the panic zone.
Structured: The process is structured in order to ensures you stay on track and progress towards your desired outcomes.
